1. Cartier shall not be responsible for any minors left unattended at the event. All children below 13 years of age attending the event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without obligation or disclose any reason(s) for doing so.

3. We do not assume any responsibility for any consequence, including any adverse reaction arising whether directly or indirectly from participation in the event.

4. Cartier reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or change the date and/or the venue of the event and may at its sole discretion cancel, postpone or change the date and/or venue for any reason without notice or liability or compensation.

5. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion.

6. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, our decision will be final and you agree to be bound thereby.
