About the experience
Are there any admission charges?
No, admission charges will not be incurred.
What are the operating hours of the experience?
The operating hours are 12:00PM – 08:30PM daily and last admission is at 07:30PM but may be adjusted due to private events.
Will I be guided through the experience?
For an immersive experience, we encourage a self-exploratory journey at your own pace, however docents will be on-site to assist during your experience.
How long does the experience last?
The full self-exploratory experience could vary between 40-60 minutes.

When do I arrive for my selected session?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your selected session.
What if I am late for my selected session?
Your registration is still valid however we seek your understanding that entry is subject to venue capacity.
Can I re-enter the event?
Re-entry will be accommodated based on venue capacity.
Can I walk-in?
Walk-ins are subjected to venue capacity and registration is required on-site.
Is the experience accessible for children(s) under age 13?
Children of all ages are welcome but for safety reasons, adult supervision is required throughout the experience.
Can I deposit bulky items like luggage, large bags or strollers?
No, bulky items cannot be deposited or stored as the venue does not have a cloakroom. For safety and security reasons, large baggage may be subjected to search upon registration.
Is photography and videography permitted?
Yes, you are welcome to post pictures and/or videos of your experience at Trinity 100 using the hashtags #CartierTrinity #Trinity100Celebration #CartierSingapore.
Will I be filmed?
No, but for safety and security reasons please note that the venue is under video surveillance.
Are food and drinks permitted?
No, food and drinks are not permitted.
Are pets permitted?
No, pets are not permitted.

No, each registration strictly admits one person only.
What if I did not receive a Confirmation Email?
If you registered but did not receive a Confirmation Email, it is possible that any one of the following occurred:
- The Confirmation Email was sent to your Junk or Spam Folder.
- The email address provided at registration was incorrect.
